Earned HiSET, Now in Welding School
I had dropped out of school in 11th grade because I was pregnant with my second baby. My mom was on drugs, so I moved in with my kids' father and his family. My motivation has been my kids. I got my HiSET in 2018, and I am currently enrolled in a welding school. I am almost done, though! It has helped me a lot because I worked at a chicken factory. I would go to the library to study before I went to work and on the weekends. I would also take my kids to the park and let them play while I studied.
