How to Get a GED® in Bermuda

Bermuda GED Requirements


  • Resident: You must be a resident of Bermuda.
  • Age: In Bermuda, you must be 17 years old to take the GED. If you are 16, your parent or guardian must complete and submit the GED Age Waiver form.
  • Enrolled: You cannot be enrolled in an accredited high school or be a high school graduate.
  • Online Testing: No, you can’t take the GED online in Bermuda.
  • Cost:
    • GED Cost at a Test Center: $81 per subject or $324 for all subjects.
    • GED Cost Online: This country does not offer online testing.
  • Score:
    • GED: A minimum score of 145 is required on each subject to pass.
  • Accommodations: You must apply for disability accommodations through the GED Testing Service website.
  • Diploma: After passing the GED test, Bermuda will award you a high school equivalency certificate, showing that you have achieved the same level of knowledge as a high school graduate.
