I was having a tough time in school because I made the mistake of associating with gang members. I left school in the 10th grade, because I wanted to hang out with my friends. I earned my GED in 1992 at the age of 18.

I want my GED so I can make something of my life.

I dropped out of high school junior year. It had to do a lot with gangs. I didn’t want to be a part of that.
