I recieved my GED 2 months after my 18th birthday…
I was having a tough time in school because I made the mistake of associating with gang members. I left school in the 10th grade, because I wanted to hang out with my friends. I earned my GED in 1992 at the age of 18.Dreams become reality through dedication.
I recieved my GED 2 months after my 18th birthday, and I am really proud because I did so without anyone telling me to do it.

Thanks so much for sharing your success story! We talk to a lot of people who dropped out of school because of gangs. It’s great that you didn’t wait and got your GED right away. Your story can inspire a lot of people with similar experiences to go get their GED.
