I see my friends now getting accepted in colleges…
My name is Stephon Warren. I dropped out of high school because of my age. I was 17 in the 9th grade and was ashamed of it. My life revolves arounds sports, basketball, baseball and football. I’m really good in all three. I see my friends now getting accepted in colleges and stuff, and most of my friends, I’m betta than them in sports, but no one can see that because I have no diploma or GED. I’m trying to get my GED so I can take an SAT and apply for a college and walk on in some kind of sport.

From The GED Academy:
Stephon, thanks for sharing your story! A lot of kids get behind in school, and then they’re ashamed or embarrassed about being older. We’re sorry you had such a bad experience! But we’re glad you’re on the track to college now! Since you’re planning to take the SATs, spend some extra time studying writing, reading, and math… they’ll help your SAT scores. Here’s a good link to start finding out about the SATs: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/about/SATI.html
