My high school only gave me an IEP diploma.
I want my GED to go to college or do something in child-care, and I did go to high school and receive a diploma but I have a learning disability so they didn’t give me a regular diploma. That is why I currently want my GED. I really have done well on the tests and passed the 4 major subjects. My advice is to not give up on it!
My hopes for the future are to have a degree in childcare and have a family and make a fairly good income to support my family and also to have my own home someday.
To make this happen, I need to stay focused on doing the studying for my test and to really be committed to working hard to pursue my dream of having a GED! Work hard and don’t give up. In the end it will pay off. And always seek the Lord in all and he will give you direction for your life!

find a 24 credit program, that will allow your husband to earn his high school diploma and associates degree at the same time. A close friend of mine graduated with a IEP diploma and chose the direction i mentioned above, and now he is in graduate school earning his masters degree in health administration.
