GED Stories

Stories to motivate and inspire. . .

Life sometimes does not go exactly how you plan it.

I am a mother of three. I have worked in the escrow and mortgage business for the last 15 years. I also help my husband Don with his home improvement business from home.

My parents went through a divorce and it made life really hard in school and at home.

I have always enjoyed school. It really has bothered me over the years that I did not have my diploma. Now I would like to get into some high paying jobs and really need my GED. I have received a cosmetology license and a certificate in accounting over the last 20 years. And now I really need to get serious for retirement years.

My dream is to focus and set a 6 month goal to getting my GED completed.

Life sometimes does not go exactly how you plan it. But with determination and setting everyday goals, you can achieve anything!
