Charlie Cagle, a veteran who served in World War II and went on to serve in the Korean war, finally received his GED at the age of 85. Read his story.

Artesia Brown dropped out of school during her senior year. At the time, she was 19 and pregnant. With the help of the TANF program in Georgia, she was able to get her GED and start working, helping other women who needed to find better opportunities. Read her story.
