Pricing for One Year Full Use License
GED Academy pricing is based on the number of student seats used at any one time. Prep program seats are licensed annually. You may reuse the seats when students finish with the program or leave. For example, if you serve 50 students at a time, you would purchase 50 seats. But in the course of a year, you may reuse the seats as often as you need to. There are no limits to the total number of students who may use the program during the year.

There are no hidden or extra charges. We include training and support in your price.
Reuse Seats
If a student drops out, you have the option of reusing the seat for a new student during that year. You can also save the student’s data in case the student decides to return and continue his or her GED study.
Online and Phone Student Tutoring
Our staff of experienced GED instructors is available for personal tutoring in all five GED subject areas. Students get personal support by live chat, by email, or by phone with our toll-free phone number. Tutoring support is available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and by appointment. Cost ranges from $10 to $25 per student (based on license size) in addition to the basic annual licensing cost.
Technical Requirements and Support
The GED Academy Prep Program is a web-based program stored on our servers. It is compatible with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems as well as all modern web browsers. We recommend a high-speed Internet connection. If that is not available, the courses can be loaded into each computer with a CD ROM and accessed without an Internet connection. We can also load the GED prep program onto your servers if you prefer.
Corrections Licensing
For institutions without Internet access we offer the identical GED Academy program on CD ROM which can be installed in stand-alone or networked computers.
